- All cams are split and have adjusting hubs for ease of removal and maintenance
- All cams have a hardened track for longer wear
- Frames are completely machined for accurate and straight cutting
- Our mandrels are made from 52100 alloy steel, hardened to 58-60 Rc.
- Machine comes with double power knives so that tube will be cut from both sides
- We can offer you different motor options including AC Inverters that will give you a more precise control on your speeds for the knives and mandrels
- 1/2" I.D. - 4 1/2" O.D. tube diameters
- 17" - 71" tube lengths
- 3/4" maximum wall thickness
- 12 - 36 tubes/minute
