| • Machine sizes range from our MHFR-16 to our MHFR-63 • All machines are hopper fed • Machine is completely wired and ready for immediate use when it arrives at your plant • All cams are split and have adjusting hubs for ease of removal and maintenance • All cams have a hardened track for longer wear • Frames are completely machined for accurate and straight cutting • Our mandrels are made from 52100 alloy steel, hardened to 58-60 Rc. • Machine comes with double power knives so that tube will be cut from both sides • We can offer you different motor options including AC Inverters that will give you a more precise control on your speeds for the knives and mandrels • 1/2" I.D. - 4 1/2" O.D. tube diameters • 17" - 71" tube lengths • 3/4" maximum wall thickness • 12 - 36 tubes/minute • Cut from one side or both sides of mandrel • 60" long hopper bin |
