| • A complete line of modern high-speed spiral winders to meet today's growing market • Tube diameter range from 1/2" id (12.7mm) to 48" id ((1,219mm) • Estimated production rate is 40 to 320 linear feet per minute depending upon the width of the web, diameter of mandrel and the number of plies to be wound • Features include a patented drive system for the winding drum in which the mechanical components run in an oil bath for longer wear and less downtime • Comes with either a stationary or adjustable drum saddle • The adjustable saddle is motor driven which allows saddle to move to and from mandrel clamp • The angular pitch for winding belt can be mechanically operated by a handwheel or driven with a motor • Adjustable drum centers range from 32" (812.8mm) minimum to 52" (1,312mm) maximum • Air operated belt tensioning • Drive options are a mechanical varidrive or an AC inverter drive Additional Support Equipment Available • Paper Stand (Single or Double Ply, Festoon System) • Glue Pots (Single, Double Cascade, Immersion or Combination) • Cut Off Saws • Tube Recutters • Square Tube Rewinder |
